East Coast South Sales Manager – Coral Springs, FL: Identify new business opportunities for
the Voltaire Design brand. Promote and reinforce the brand with existing and new customers.
Recruit new sales representatives /Sport Saddle Specialists to develop the Voltaire Design brand.
Develop the brand through sales at major events and trade fairs. Identify and sponsor top
riders/athletes and future stars as brand endorsers and ambassadors. Train existing sales team on
new sales tactics. Find a motivational system for the sales team. Run weekly reports for the sales
team and for the COO. Set quotas and expectations for sales team. Achieve growth and hit sales
targets by successfully managing the sales team. Use intimate knowledge of the equestrian industry
on a daily basis and complete all aspects of the managerial job duties, including coordinating with
the headquarters in France and European sales teams. Assist in international business development
as needed. Will manage/supervise at least 3 Sports Saddle Specialists.
Must have at least 3 years experience in the equestrian industry in the areas of sales and marketing of
equestrian equipment/products such as saddles and related equipment including custom-made
equestrian saddles. Experience in assessing, identifying, fitting/refitting custom-made equestrian
saddles and providing after-sales customer service also required. Strong knowledge of international
business, as well as effective communication skills and business management skills required. Travel
required (domestic) 75% of the time, as needed.
