Responsibilities & Duties:
Sales Leadership:
Identify new business opportunities for the Voltaire Design brand
Develop the brand through sales at major events and trade fairs. Identify and sponsor top
riders/athletes and future stars as brand endorsers and ambassadors
Promote and reinforce the brand with existing and new customers
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Use intimate knowledge of the equestrian industry on a daily basis and complete all aspects of the managerial job duties, including coordinating with the headquarters in France and European sales teams.
Assist in international business development as needed
Team Management:
Recruit new sales representatives /Sport Saddle Specialists to develop the Voltaire Design brand
Train existing sales teams on new sales tactics. Find a motivational system for the sales team
Run weekly reports for the sales team and for the COO
Set quotas and expectations for the sales team
Will manage/supervise at least 3 Sports Saddle Specialists
As part of the role, this individual will be traveling up to 75% of the time throughout the region (Florida, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky & the Carolinas).
